Join  Reiki Master  and Spiritual Counselor Maria Bonnet in this inspirational workshop to assist in giving you proven techniques and tools to get past the internal obstructions that may get in the way as we pursue our goals (dreams, visions and passions). Workshop participants will gain insight into:

• identifying their goals and motivations along with getting into the feeling state of realizing these goals
• identifying what may be blocking them (fears, false beliefs) from reaching their goals
• identifying and sharing ways to stay motivated & focused
• using concepts from a variety of sources (including Byron Katie & other spiritual teachers) to assist in coming up with ways to overcome their (fears, false beliefs), test the truth of these and change them!!
