This workshop offers guidance & instruction in several different mediation techniques which can create that sense of stillness so we can hear, release, and receive. Come experience 3 tranquil hours with the supportive energy of crystals/stones, Guides, friends & teachers. Bring a journal, a comfortable cushion/blanket & perhaps a friend and learn to Manifest your Heart’s Desire & Raise your Inner Vibration!Paula is a masters graduate of Naropa in Boulder, CO. She does intuitive readings based on the Destiny Cards and Love Cards by Robert Camp.
